Hi, Reader –
I mentioned in my last email that I was just back from a quick weekend in LA for a day-long immersive practice. A few of you asked me, wasn’t it too long, or a lot for one day?
Haha! Have you met me? I go all in!
When something feels meaningful to me, I want in, right up to my earlobes! I want to swim in it: to spend time, study, experience fully, and see what opens when I have more than just a quick taste.
My first online program, The Imprint, started as a 40-day practice! And this was “short” compared to my own home practice at that time, which had surpassed 600 consecutive days.
(Too much? What can I say, I love a deep dive!!)
This May, in Montreal, I’m offering A Kundalini Experience: Nervous System Overhaul – a 15-hour weekend immersion, in-person at Morpho Bleu, May 22 to 24.
Over three days, we’ll explore Kundalini through mantra, mudra, reflection, a little theory, and lots of practice and embodied experience. We’ll move through themes of stability, capacity, clarity, boundary, and transmission, with space for the kinds of questions, insights, and shifts that are hard to touch on in just a weekly class.
I know the word training can make some hesitate. It can sound a little like school. Perhaps a little too theoretical. What I’m offering here is something far more alive than that – a chance to dive deeper into the practice, understand it more fully, and feel what becomes possible when you spend real time inside it.
This weekend is designed to help you build a deeper relationship with the practice and a steadier relationship with your own mind, body, and nervous system. More space, calm and capacity to meet life as it comes.
This is for those of you who already feel that Kundalini practice offers you something meaningful. Have you thought about what it could look like with more time inside the practice? Imagine more understanding, integration and creativity. More contact with what is actually happening when you practice. And more shape to your own self-practice, within a supportive community.
I offered a version of this teaching last year, and one of the most interesting parts for me was watching people leave more deeply rooted in themselves. Everyone, in their own way, was more grounded in their practice, and more able to guide their own minds with greater clarity and calm. They walked away owning their own practice. Almost no one arrived because they were planning to become a yoga teacher. They came because they wanted to dive in – and they absolutely did.
No need for you to commit to 600 days! (I mean, unless you feel called!). Just three. Three days to really swim in it, stay curious, and see what becomes possible when the practice has more space and depth to work on you.
Join me for this weekend to immerse yourself, ask questions, practice, reflect, and let it all really land.
The early discount ends this week, on Wednesday April 22.
So get your swimsuit ready! I invite you to find out what happens beyond the limits of a weekly class.
So, so much love
xxoo
PS: feel free to ask me about it, either in studio or just shoot me back an email!
PPS: I’ve named this practice an “Overhaul” but that doesn’t mean pushing harder! Not at all. To me, it refers to the kind of rewiring and reconnecting that happens within your brain when you take extended time to learn, practice and repeat. It’s like habit formation on overdrive! After three days, you’ll know you feel this new information taking up space in your mind, and finding embodiment in your daily life.
