What’s unfolding this fall ✨

Hey there, Reader —

Fall is here in full colour! It’s that particular kind of light that makes everything feel alive and fleeting at once. We are firmly in the season of rhythm and return. I’ve been leaning into that rhythm lately: slower walks, warming beverages, longer exhales, and a cozy, cute fall-coloured jacket!

As the leaves turn, so does the calendar — and there’s lots happening over the next few weeks, both in my world on Zoom and in-person at Morpho Bleu here in Montreal.

Curious what’s all going on?

Did you miss my free Libra New Moon practice this past Wednesday? You can still catch it before the actual new moon arrives this coming Monday. The recording is still available for anyone who’d like to move, breathe, and tune in to the heart-centred balance this moon invites. Just grab it here, and you’ll get the replay in your email ✨

What else is happening 🌝

Join my good friend and mentor Abbie Galvin for Katonah through the Seasons on October 25 and 26, part of The Course at Morpho Bleu. This is for anyone who enjoys Katonah practice and wants to learn from one of the greats! We are her only stop in Canada on her worldwide training schedule – it’s a special moment to catch Abbie, who visits us roughly once a year (if she has the room!). You can hear more about what Abbie is cooking up on The Chrysalis Pod, Morpho Bleu’s podcast. I encourage anyone who enjoys Katonah to consider seizing this rare opportunity!

→ On the morning of November 2 at 10h30, join me for The Imprint, live and in-person! If you joined the online Fall Imprint sessions in September, write back and I’ll send you a code to attend for free. If you didn’t hop in then, this is your chance now — you’ll receive the recorded practice plus the live session.

→ And of course, the full moon comes around again, predictably. This time, our practice lands right on the evening the moon is at its fullest — the Taurus Moon on Zoom, November 5 at 19h00 eastern. There’s something truly special about gathering in the exact moment of illumination. Our full moon practices are always longer — 90 minutes, workshop style — to move, breathe, and release together.

The rhythm continues: the next free new moon practice will cycle around to us again on Wednesday, November 19.

I hope this season finds you grounded and glowing, somewhere between release and renewal — that tender Libra balance we’re all learning to live in.

With love,
Sara

P.S. I’m planning a special practice to lead us into the winter solstice, and The Imprint will be back for the deep rest of winter as well. Keep your eyes on your inbox!

Hi, Reader — Gratitude is in the air! This has been such a busy stretch of fall for me, ending in some softness and grace with Sukkot and Canadian Thanksgiving. Lots to be thankful for: there’s a palpable shift happening. For the first time in a long while, we’re witnessing a moment of real, tangible peace emerging in the world. These meditations began two years ago as a call for peace – and while our format changed, the light within burned bright as our community continued to gather. I’m...

Hey there, Reader — Greetings on this beautiful day – the full moon tonight (the Harvest Moon, cue Neil Young), and the beginning of Sukkot – what a start to this fall season! It’s a busy time of back-to- rhythms, new projects, and the re-start of what feels like everything all at once. As promised, here is my Full Moon practice – exceptionally free for you this month. I wasn’t able to host our live gathering last week, and I’m happy to offer this as a little gift for anyone who could use a...

Hi, Reader — A little reminder that, this week, we meet for the New Moon — and normally, we gather on Wednesdays, as you know... This time, the schedule needs to shift a little. My boy Liam has a playoff game (he just signed with the CCHL’s Nepean Raiders — so proud!), and I wouldn’t miss it for anything… not even the moon. So, our Lunar Magic practice will take place Thursday evening, 18 September, instead — always at 19h00. This one is playfully nicknamed “Virgo New Moon Double Trouble...
