Seeking clarity in a cluttered time? 🪟

Hello, Reader —

This moment in December always feels full, don’t you think? Everyone trying to squeeze in the last bits of the year: holiday shopping, festive gatherings, wrapping loose ends at work. We ramp up so we can eventually slow down and take that precious pause with the people we love.

I’m taking that pause a little early this year. My husband Ryan just had surgery, and I’m at home caring for my family right now. My classes at Morpho are on a brief hiatus, and in-person meetings are on hold. And, in this unexpected pause, I’m feeling very clear about what gives me strength: family, connection, and grounding into my own values. I’m grateful not to feel swept up in the swirl this year. I highly recommend it.

It’s also one of the reasons The Imprint always circles back at moments of seasonal change — times when our usual patterns are disrupted and we’re invited to recalibrate.

If you’ve heard me mention a few different offerings lately and found yourself wondering which one is for you, I want to bring some clarity if I can!

The Imprint is my signature meditation program, offered four times a year just before each solstice and equinox. Think of it as meditation, simplified: you press join to come live, or play on the recording, and follow along for 22 minutes. It’s a shared, seasonal pause – a path to calm, clarity, and steady ground, right when things feel full.

The Imprint begins this Monday, and if what you’re craving is something live, gentle, and time-bound – a way to mark this seasonal threshold and reset – this is for you.

→ Let’s go!

You may also be wondering about Winter’s Cocoon (which some of you may have seen called Winter Home Retreat).

Winter’s Cocoon is something different from The Imprint. Where The Imprint is a seasonal pause we move through together, Winter’s Cocoon is a self-guided winter sanctuary — an evergreen offering, meaning it’s designed to last. You purchase access once and return to it throughout the winter, and in winters to come.

This is the first time I’m offering something entirely prerecorded, and that choice is intentional. Winter asks for flexibility and grace – for practices we can return to on quiet mornings, low-energy days, or evenings when live gatherings feel like too much. Winter’s Cocoon is meant to meet you there.

Inside, you’ll find over 30 slower practices and meditations from me, alongside offerings from a few trusted friends, including Melanie Richards and Marianne Larochelle, sharing yin and nidra. You’ll also receive journal prompts, home and body-care recipes, and nourishment for deep rest and seasonal restoration.

Winter’s Cocoon is entirely yours, at your own pace. While I may offer a live introductory gathering in January as a bonus for those who can join, the program itself is fully self-guided, with my prompts and encouragement arriving by email along the way – a self-care apothecary you can reach for whenever you need grounding or rest.

If this calls to you, you can add Winter’s Cocoon to your Imprint purchase now, or choose to join later. Access opens the week of December 22, and I’ll be sharing more about it next week.

For now, I hope to see you next week in this winter edition of The Imprint – a simple, steady place to land in the midst of a busy moment.

Lots of love,
Sara

PS: There’s no wrong choice here: some of you will join The Imprint to begin this Monday, others will lean into Winter’s Cocoon once launched, and some of you may choose both! Take it at your own pace. I only look forward to connecting soon, so be sure to tell me how it’s going.

Hi, Reader — More than a week since I’ve returned from Costa Rica, and I’m still in that in-between space. My body is home, but something inside is still on the beach. Time in a sacred container, with beautiful people, long conversations, and space away from routine loosens everything. I’m not sure I came back with clear answers; I definitely feel that something has shifted. January carries a similar quality. The year has begun, and it’s still early. We’re not meant to see very far yet. This...

Hi, Reader — I’m writing to you from Costa Rica, where I’m currently holding The Portal Retreat with Astro Auntie. We’re across the world from home, but our phones already know the wifi password. Even from here, routine is important – my days are shaped by practice and presence. And I still make time for making Lunar Magic. The rhythm of nature stays with me wherever I am. This week brings us the first new moon Lunar Magic of 2026. While we began the year together on January 1 with a full...

Hi, Reader — You’ve heard me mention that 2026 is a Year of 10. Here’s what I mean by that, and why I find it useful – and kind of fun! – to examine the year this way, as we stand at its doorway, and as my annual “Year of” workshop happens tomorrow evening! This concept comes from numerology, a symbolic way of working with time that treats years as part of a repeating cycle or spiral, rather than a straight line. (Need more scroll holeshere? Kabbalah, kundalini, and astrology all have...
