A pink full moon is on its way 🌝💕

Hi, Reader —

Do you feel some spring energy moving through you yet?

I plunged into the season wholeheartedly! The Imprint was such a powerful way to begin stirring this yang energy, and I’m still doing the meditations every morning – it’s a good one. My vision board session on the equinox was also so much fun, thank you for joining, if you were there. We dreamt up some inspiring and soulful visions to draw on for the season ahead.

This week, I’ve been settling back into Montreal life. Inspired by visioning, I then went all deep focus, planning the year ahead, and there are real goodies coming! I can’t wait to tell you all about it as the months unfold. It all has me feeling that “spring-cleaning energy” in the best way – clearing space and listening for what wants to grow.

And now, this week brings our Libra full moon practice 🌝

This Libra moon comes just after the spring equinox, when light and dark meet in that brief, beautiful moment of (almost) equality. Libra is here to remind us that just because the equinox has passed, balance is still something we can strive for.

So much of this season carries the energy of reset – spring cleaning for the spirit, the heart, the home, and life. This moon feels like an invitation to pause inside all the newness of springtime and check-in with yourself. Notice what wants tending, what needs clearing, and what helps you feel more centred as you step into the season ahead with full intention.

Roll out your mat and join me on Tuesday evening at 18h30 for this 90-minute Lunar Magic movement practice! Together, we’ll stir our waters under this Libra pink full moon. (You’ll notice we moved from Thursday this time – and after this one, we’ll return to our usual rhythm).

If you’re a member, everything is already there for you in the hub – the Zoom link awaits, and the recordings appear as soon as they’re ready.

And if you’re not part of my membership yet, you can still register just for one event right here and receive the replay to revisit when you need it. The long holiday weekend is a great time to bask in the brightness of this moon.

I hope to see you live, and I’m so glad we have the recordings!

Big spring love
xx
Sara

PS: If you’re not yet part of my membership home, I invite you to sign up for three months and give it a try! No commitment after that, just hop in for a season and see what you think.

Hi, Reader — I’ve just come back from a family trip to Costa Rica, and I’m feeling that particular energy of transition very strongly right now – that sense of returning, re-entering, and standing at the edge of something new. The Pisces New Moon comes in the final stretch before the astrological new year, and it feels like such an important threshold. With eclipse season still echoing through the atmosphere, there can be a sense that things are shifting, even if you can’t quite name it all...

Hello there, Reader! The Imprint begins tomorrow! Spring is always one of my favourite sessions, the rising energy and more daylight always gives me fuel. If you already know you’re in, get registered now so you have everything ready, as there’s a slight change in how you’ll access the recordings this time. → Join The Imprint And if you’re new – or returning after a while – here’s a little glimpse of what the experience is actually like: For five days, we move through the practice together....

Hey, Reader — So excited that The Imprint begins Monday! This is a good one, four simple breath-focused meditations. Hope to see you live at 06h00, or on the recordings. One of the things I hear most often from people about meditation is this: “I can’t meditate! I’ve tried before… but I couldn’t stick with it.” Very often, it’s not because someone can’t meditate. It’s because the way meditation is often taught asks us to do something very difficult: sit still, quiet the mind, remove...
