Reminder 🌕 Full Moon Wednesday!

Hi there, Reader —

Doesn’t September always feels like a new notebook waiting to be filled? Maybe you remember the ritual, or you’re there again with your kids: fresh pencil crayons, a new pair of shoes, that sharp fall air that smells like possibility. Even if you’re not going back to school, there’s something about this time of year that whispers… get organized, reset, begin again ✨

And right on cue, the cosmos is delivering us a big, shimmering opportunity to do just that. This weekend, we’ll have a total lunar eclipse in Pisces — a moon that’s not just about endings, but about opening a door into deeper trust, intuition, and transformation. Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac, the place where we gather up all we’ve learned and let it soften into wisdom. Under this eclipse, old patterns can dissolve, and creativity, inspiration, and clarity can rush in like waves.

The invitation of this eclipse is simple: stop pushing, start allowing. Let go of what’s weighing you down, and open to the visions your heart is ready to hold. This is a cosmic reset button, one that doesn’t just touch a single night — the energy of an eclipse ripples for six months. What you release now, and what you choose to listen for in yourself, will carry you all the way into spring.

✨ Let’s gather for this together.

Join me for a special online practice on Wednesday, September 3 at 19h00 EDT. We’ll breathe and move to meet this energy consciously. Think of it as a sacred pause — a chance to line up your inner compass with the shift that’s arriving.

Bring your mat or cushion, a notebook (yes, you can channel those back-to-school vibes and treat yourself to a fresh one!), and your open-hearted curiosity.

→ Join the Eclipse Practice

Whether you show up live or watch the replay later on the 7th, I hope you take a moment to mark this eclipse. It’s a powerful reminder that we’re not separate from the cosmos; we are moved by the tides and rhythms of the sky, just as surely as we are by the changing seasons.

So sharpen your pencils, pour some tea, and let’s step through this doorway together.

With so much love,
Sara

PS: remember — Every full moon, like this one, we take time for a longer 90 minute practice, workshop-style and priced accordingly. Move and breathe with me tonight as we bring seeds to fruition and release at the lunar peak! At the start of each cycle, on the new moon, I hold an accessible free hour-long practice of meditation and mantra, with journaling and some sharing. Lunar Magic is always around us!

PPS: Are you ready for The Imprint: Fall edition? It’s coming soon!

Hey there, Reader — I’m writing to you from New York this week, where I’m deep in a Katonah training at The Studio with Abbie Galvin. I love New York!! So, because of that, I sadly had to cancel our live session, but I didn’t want to let this moment pass without marking it. I’ve put together a recorded practice, and our live gathering will be back next month. Just sign up and you’ll have instant access in an email, to the recording, playlist and journal questions. This Scorpio New Moon...

Hey there, Reader — How are you feeling as we head into this week? I’ve been feeling intense energy – how about you? It’s been a bustling week! I’m still feeling the glow from this weekend’s celebrations, marking another beautiful year at Morpho Bleu, and gathering with so many of you for The Imprint. What a weekend of connection, reflection, and community! My heart is full (and still buzzing just a little... or is it the champagne?) I’m ready to down-shift, though. And this week’s Taurus...

Hey there, Reader — Fall is here in full colour! It’s that particular kind of light that makes everything feel alive and fleeting at once. We are firmly in the season of rhythm and return. I’ve been leaning into that rhythm lately: slower walks, warming beverages, longer exhales, and a cozy, cute fall-coloured jacket! As the leaves turn, so does the calendar — and there’s lots happening over the next few weeks, both in my world on Zoom and in-person at Morpho Bleu here in Montreal. Curious...
