When the supermoon hits your eye 🌝👀

Hey there, Reader —

How are you feeling as we head into this week? I’ve been feeling intense energy – how about you? It’s been a bustling week! I’m still feeling the glow from this weekend’s celebrations, marking another beautiful year at Morpho Bleu, and gathering with so many of you for The Imprint. What a weekend of connection, reflection, and community! My heart is full (and still buzzing just a little... or is it the champagne?)

I’m ready to down-shift, though. And this week’s Taurus Full Moon invites us to slow down and come home to ourselves.

This Wednesday, November 5 at 7pm EST, I’ll be guiding our next Lunar Magic practice, and I’d love for you to join me.

It’s one of my favourite nights each month, and what a moon we have coming. The brightest, biggest Super Full Moon of the entire year, closer to our planet than she’ll be again in 2025. You might already be feeling her pull. After so much motion and transformation lately, this moon brings us back to what’s real: your breath, your body, the earth beneath your feet. She’s asking us to stop looking outside ourselves for stability and find our centre within. In a world that feels increasingly wild, that’s the work. And the gift.

You might feel drawn to solitude right now, to quiet, to withdraw from the noise so you can hear your own truth. Notice where you feel depleted or overwhelmed. That’s this moon slowing you down, illuminating what’s been draining your power. The path forward is about grounding into what nourishes you and letting your body lead the way, rather than forcing it or clinging tighter.

Join me in community. We’ll move, breathe, and explore how this moon shows up in the body: where we’re holding tension, and how to soften into release. I love these longer full moon practices: the space to let go, to celebrate, and to honour everything that’s come to fruition since our new moon meeting.

Can’t make it live? The replay will be available for you to revisit anytime after.

So much love,
Sara

P.S. If you came out this weekend and are craving more in-person connection, I have a few special events coming up: Kundalini Ignite on Saturday Nov 8, our monthly collaborative kundalini jam; and a special workshop, Home of the Heart with myself and Kimiko Tao Fujimoto on Friday Nov 14 at Morpho Bleu – with journal reflections, uplifting yoga, an immersive sound journey, and soulful stories. Can’t wait to see you soon, online or IRL!

Hey there, Reader — I’m writing to you from New York this week, where I’m deep in a Katonah training at The Studio with Abbie Galvin. I love New York!! So, because of that, I sadly had to cancel our live session, but I didn’t want to let this moment pass without marking it. I’ve put together a recorded practice, and our live gathering will be back next month. Just sign up and you’ll have instant access in an email, to the recording, playlist and journal questions. Hey there, Reader — Fall is here in full colour! It’s that particular kind of light that makes everything feel alive and fleeting at once. We are firmly in the season of rhythm and return. I’ve been leaning into that rhythm lately: slower walks, warming beverages, longer exhales, and a cozy, cute fall-coloured jacket! As the leaves turn, so does the calendar — and there’s lots happening over the next few weeks, both in my world on Zoom and in-person at Morpho Bleu here in Montreal. Curious...

Hi, Reader — Gratitude is in the air! This has been such a busy stretch of fall for me, ending in some softness and grace with Sukkot and Canadian Thanksgiving. Lots to be thankful for: there’s a palpable shift happening. For the first time in a long while, we’re witnessing a moment of real, tangible peace emerging in the world. These meditations began two years ago as a call for peace – and while our format changed, the light within burned bright as our community continued to gather. I’m...
