Sounds fancy, doesn’t it? ✨

Hey there, Reader —

As you might know, the equinox is coming up later this week, on Thursday. On the equinox, the sun appears directly above the equator, seeming to rise directly east, and set directly west.

Today, though — today is the “Equilux” — where day and night are actually equal in length, 12h each. (sounds so fancy, doesn’t it?)

Wouldn’t it be nice if life could be so balanced?

Rationally, we know that life will always take its ups and downs. What’s important is having strategies for navigating the tilt, swirl, the waves, the tides.

This is my very last call to join The Imprint for Spring. Learn tools to last you all season long (and really, for life). Your nervous system needs training, just like your muscles. Get into habits of calm and balance by practicing these soothing meditations daily, for 5-days online with me.

Then, you’ll be ready for spring and all the wonderful things coming. And the more challenging ones, too.

We already began today live at 6am, but when you join, you’ll get an email right away with our first day’s replay, the live link for tomorrow and a how-to video so you can get yourself caught up quickly.

You won’t miss a beat.

See you tomorrow morning!
Sara

Hi, Reader — Welcome to Aries season! Doesn’t it seem like every season there is some end and beginning of a cycle to mark? In summer, the first crescent moon in the first month of the Islamic calendar marks the start of the new year. September brings Jewish new year and the academic cycle begins. In January, our culturally shared Gregorian calendar has us creating resolutions, and the Lunar New Year is celebrated in many eastern cultures. And in spring, with this week’s new moon, it’s the...

Hi, Reader — This is your reminder that The Imprint starts tomorrow, and it’s your last chance to join all 5 days live! This is it — a spring seasonal awakening, a new year on the astrological calendar, and another chance to begin again. I’m just back from a week in Costa Rica, I arrived in Montreal to melted snow, and today some rain — I’m missing the ever present sunshine from my trip, but I know it’s on its way to Montreal again soon. And with the increase in daylight, the warmer...

Hi, Reader — Tonight, in the early hours, the lunar eclipse in Virgo arrives — as you’ve probably heard this week! Lunar eclipses are safe to watch, so I hope this is some motivation to stay up a little later this evening. And while eclipses are simply the moon orbiting through the earth’s shadow, they have held so much mystery throughout the ages, and can be thought to bring powerful, sometimes confusing or chaotic energy, and sometimes clarity, into our lives. One of the most powerful...
