As the moon resets, so can we 🌘

Hi, Reader —

Quick check-in first: did you miss joining The Imprint? You can still hop in! If you’ve been meaning to choose a steadier rhythm for yourself this winter, consider this your reminder – you’re not late, you’re arriving when you’re ready.

Now, for this week’s Lunar Magic: we’ll gather Wednesday evening at 19h00 EDT to practice together in alignment with the Sagittarius New Moon. The moon resets on the 19th, making this a supportive moment to pause and check in.

→ Join Lunar Magic for this Sag New Moon

Sagittarius energy invites us to zoom out and reconnect with meaning, direction, and the bigger picture – especially as the year begins to wind down. This New Moon carries a hopeful, forward-looking tone. It’s less about setting perfect goals and more about honest intention.

In our practice, we’ll create space to gently close what’s ready to be completed, notice what beliefs or stories may be loosening their grip, and plant seeds for what wants to grow next – without pressure, and without rushing clarity.

If you’re feeling reflective, restless, or simply ready for a pause, this is a beautiful moment to practice together.

With love,
Sara

PS: If you enjoy the free New Moon practice, you might love The Imprint. It’s five days of meditation, simplified, with recordings to support you all season long — and you can still join.

Hi, Reader — Happy Sunday — This is a simple, honest note to say: The Imprint begins tomorrow, and this is the moment to decide whether you’re joining us – or not. Either one is allowed. The window is closing, though. This time of year is full – end-of-year energy, holiday plans, gatherings, shopping, and that familiar sense of trying to wrap things up before we can finally rest. It’s often when we need support the most, and also when it’s easiest to tell ourselves not now. Every season, I...

Hello, Reader — This moment in December always feels full, don’t you think? Everyone trying to squeeze in the last bits of the year: holiday shopping, festive gatherings, wrapping loose ends at work. We ramp up so we can eventually slow down and take that precious pause with the people we love. I’m taking that pause a little early this year. My husband Ryan just had surgery, and I’m at home caring for my family right now. My classes at Morpho are on a brief hiatus, and in-person meetings are...

Hi, Reader — These past few days, my inbox has been like a shaken-up soda can! Pouring out all over, with a lot of foam I can’t even drink. What about you? I believe the Black Friday deluge is nearly over… which feels like the right moment to reach out with something I think you’ll actually want to open – a couple things, actually. 🌝 First, a reminder:The moon orbits around again this week. The Gemini Full Moon is the last one we’ll see in 2025, and the live practice is tomorrow – Wednesday...
