If you're seeing double... 👀

Hi, Reader —

I’m deep in prep this week for the Kundalini Experience weekend at Morpho Bleu — my studio is a whirl of notes, crystals, and half-compiled playlists. It’s such a joy to pull together a full immersion. But I’m also holding space for something smaller, softer, and sneakily transformative: our Gemini New Moon practice this Wednesday.

✨ Join me Wednesday, May 21 at 19h00 EDT on Zoom ✨ as always, our new moon practice is free, and you’ll receive the replay to revisit anytime. These new moon sessions are some of my favourite spaces to play. They’re gentle, a little experimental, and always anchored in breath, mantra, and deep listening to our hearts.

This moon arrives officially on Sunday evening, May 26 — but we gather a few days early to set the tone and plant seeds in advance. Practicing in advance gives you time to let the themes settle and return to the replay when the dark of newness sets in.

Gemini brings curiosity, movement, and mental renewal. It’s ruled by Mercury, planet of communication, so this moon invites us to examine the stories we’ve been telling to ourselves — and perhaps to tell a new one, instead. Gemini doesn’t need you to be certain; it wants you to wonder. It wants you to ask better questions. The twin’s air energy sharpens our thinking and opens up space for reimagining. If you’re seeing double, what if it’s good luck? ✨1️⃣1️⃣1️⃣1️⃣ What if you’re not stuck? What if your perspective is just… ready to change?

New moons are moments to pause, reflect, and begin. This one stirs the mind, shifts perspective, and invites you to reframe. The meditative practices we do together help create space in your inner world for new possibilities to take root. And, to connect with your earthly body and breath; remaining in the present time and space, while adjusting your perspective to encompass a wider, more cosmic view. Body and soul, mortal and immortal — like Gemini’s twins.

Come as you are. Cameras off or on. Pyjamas welcome, too.

With love,
Sara

PS: Wild idea: why not hop into the Kundalini immersion with me? A full experiential weekend, you’ll learn so much just by doing. There are also just a few spaces in my Heart Fire retreat, too! Curious? Hear about it on the Chrysalis Pod, Kimiko and I are interviewed this week!

Hi, Reader — I just landed home earlier this week from vibrant, alive London – a quickie trip to visit a dear friend and take part in a workshop that’s been calling my whole being forward. I left right after our Cancer New Moon meditation, which felt like such a potent doorway into this season. Summer is a fire season — full, fast, expressive. This year, I’m choosing to meet it differently. Slower. More internal. A little more breath between things. So if you’re craving more depth and less...

Hi, Reader — Happy solstice! It’s so bright at night, isn’t it wonderous? For my Montreal neighbours: did you make it to Morpho Bleu on Saturday for our solstice celebrations? What a day of discoveries and deep practice, from Nadine’s Quantum Flow, to a powerful sound experience with Sarah Surrenders, to our much-anticipated seasonal forecast with Astro Auntie. Even despite my still-raspy voice (ugghh, summer colds: mine was brought on by exhaustion after such a busy few weeks), I was so...

Are you like me, Reader — I do this aaallll the time, I don’t make up my mind to join a class or course until the very last second — or sometimes even after a program has begun! I know that I’ll get the recording, and catch up quickly. I have no idea what it is that makes me hesitate... If you were thinking: Ahhh, another program I’m not sure I’ll complete… Be gentler to yourself! If you do hop in this week, my summer Imprint practice is short and sweet — a very efficient and manageable...
