Let’s Meditate on Sunday! 🫀🕰️✨

Hi, Reader —

These are the last days of winter – and I’m sure you feel it in your body! I know I do. As we move toward a seasonal shift, my Montreal friends may have noticed I started offering, in the last few seasons, a free session at Morpho Bleu to introduce meditation to anyone wanting a doorway, or a refresh.

Well, I just left for my family March break vacation, and I didn’t want to skip over this offering! I always think it’s important to have that initial moment, a safe space, with guidance, on how to begin a meditation practice. So I decided simply to offer it online this time, and open it beyond the studio, as well.

Please, join me for this free online class, Let’s Meditate! – a simple, practical (re-)entry point into meditation.

Let’s Meditate!
free online class

Sunday, March 8
10h30 to 11h30

In this class we’ll explore three meditations using breath, mantra, and rhythmic movement. The structure comes from Kundalini traditions, where meditation is often practiced in clear, timed segments that help the mind settle and the body regulate.

One of the new ideas we’ll explore is a simple metaphor: the heart as a clock. We can imagine the steady rhythm of our blood being pumped through the body. Breath becomes the lever that we can control, attention becomes the training that we practice shifting, and the heart becomes the clock, keeping time.

The intention behind Let’s Meditate! is to simplify meditation and offer a fresh perspective on how you can keep going with it in everyday life.

This class is especially good for:

  • anyone new to meditation
  • those of you returning to practice
  • my followers who already know they’re gonna show up when I say “let’s meditate!”

I hope this offering can open you to a new practice, and inspire you to explore. I always send the recording to anyone who has registered, so even if you’re not sure you can make it live, you still can sign up.

Hope to see you there!

Hi, Reader — Do you feel some spring energy moving through you yet? I plunged into the season wholeheartedly! The Imprint was such a powerful way to begin stirring this yang energy, and I’m still doing the meditations every morning – it’s a good one. My vision board session on the equinox was also so much fun, thank you for joining, if you were there. We dreamt up some inspiring and soulful visions to draw on for the season ahead. This week, I’ve been settling back into Montreal life....

Hi, Reader — I’ve just come back from a family trip to Costa Rica, and I’m feeling that particular energy of transition very strongly right now – that sense of returning, re-entering, and standing at the edge of something new. The Pisces New Moon comes in the final stretch before the astrological new year, and it feels like such an important threshold. With eclipse season still echoing through the atmosphere, there can be a sense that things are shifting, even if you can’t quite name it all...

Hello there, Reader! The Imprint begins tomorrow! Spring is always one of my favourite sessions, the rising energy and more daylight always gives me fuel. If you already know you’re in, get registered now so you have everything ready, as there’s a slight change in how you’ll access the recordings this time. → Join The Imprint And if you’re new – or returning after a while – here’s a little glimpse of what the experience is actually like: For five days, we move through the practice together....
