Say yes before you feel ready 🙋‍♀️

Hi, Reader —

I spent this past weekend immersed in Kundalini at Morpho Bleu with a group of women who showed up with so much openness and presence. I feel a mix of good-tired, vitally awake and happy!

I am deeply honoured to teach this material. Every time I return to it, I remember how faceted it is – and how, in the end, it is so simple, powerful, and effective.

This week’s Lunar Magic happens once in a blue moon! After our Scorpio Full Moon earlier this month, this Sag moon is that rare second one in the same month.

→ Join me at 18h30 this Thursday and let’s make it memorable 🌝

This is a moon of truth, trust, and movement. Sagittarius asks us to widen the lens, listen for the deeper knowing, and take the leap we’ve been circling. The invitation is to trust that real safety does not come from staying exactly where we are. It comes from knowing ourselves well enough to move with life as it changes.

This Full Moon carries a feeling of expansion, like something in you is ready to speak, choose, release, or finally say yes – even if you don’t yet feel entirely ready.

Join me this Thursday for our Full Moon practice. And as always, if you register and can’t attend live, the replay will be waiting for you. This moon reaches its fullest peak on Sunday, so you will have plenty of time to watch or revisit the practice before then.

This moment is also the last call for Heart Fire, my retreat with Kimiko in Lac-Brome from June 5 to 7, that’s next weekend! There are only a couple final spots left, so if you have been feeling the pull to come along, now is the time to say yes!

Will I see you later this week?

Either way, I love you – keep going.

Sara

PS: The Imprint: Summer begins a little earlier than usual this season, from June 8 to 12. More soon, but you can hop in now if you’re ready!

Hi, Reader — I’m in NYC still, and I love it so much. This city is so full of life. It’s a wonderful place to be this time of year, too – late spring, right before everything tips into summer. I’m so happy Montreal is feeling a bit of it as well, even with those few cooler days sneaking in. The flowers are out, evenings are brighter, the city is in bloom! Spring gives us that spark. And summer? It brings the fire! The desire to play outside all day – and evening! – to say yes to invitations,...

Hi, Reader — Last weekend’s Mother’s Day practice with Kimiko was so beautiful: a room full of amazing women, and holding space for the mothers within us and around us. Through the lens of Kundalini yoga, Mother’s Day can open into something wider than one role or one relationship. It becomes an honouring of the mothering current itself – the part of us that nourishes, protects, creates, listens, steadies, and holds life as it changes. Some of us mother children. Some of us mother through...

Hi, Reader — Early May, and the city is literally in bloom! I love it, and not just because it’s also my name!! 🌸🌸 I love seeing the cherry blossom trees in NDG – they are so iconic for this time of year. And Mother’s Day is coming up this weekend, too. I have to admit, I’m a bit funny about Mother’s Day. I LOVE all the holidays. Going wild with decorations is my jam, the fun and whimsy of it all just lights me up. And with Mother’s Day, there is also something about the Hallmark aspect that...
