The Imprint 🌞 Summer 🌞 is here

Hi, Reader —

I’m in NYC still, and I love it so much. This city is so full of life. It’s a wonderful place to be this time of year, too – late spring, right before everything tips into summer.

I’m so happy Montreal is feeling a bit of it as well, even with those few cooler days sneaking in. The flowers are out, evenings are brighter, the city is in bloom!

Spring gives us that spark. And summer? It brings the fire! The desire to play outside all day – and evening! – to say yes to invitations, seeing friends, travelling, and just being part of the good vibes. The sun is hot, and us too, we’re full of fire.

All that fire needs tending!

Summer is connected to the fire element and the heart. It’s a season of warmth, joy, expression, connection, and life. It can open us, and yet, it can also scatter us if we don’t have anywhere steady to return.

→ That’s why I’m so excited to share The Imprint: Summer with you 🌞

From June 8 to 12, we’ll meet live on Zoom at 06h00 for five mornings of practice. This season’s meditations are designed to keep that fire alive, without burning out. This is a series to warm your heart, calm your mind, cool your waters, and give your energy an orientation as we move toward solstice and into high summer.

Think about the summer bonfires you remember from childhood! Fires need a foundation, a dedicated container around and under them. A spark, a bit of breath and soon they’re alive and glowing! The heat and embers draw you in. You tend it, and you feed it – a little more wood and a little more breath. Then, it feeds you – summer treats singed at the edges. If you timed it right, it’s calming down just as cooler late summer evenings and rain can help you put it out fully.

That’s the feeling I want for this summer session of The Imprint. A practice that helps your inner fire stay bright, clear, and purposeful, without burning you out or down too quickly.

The Imprint is meditation, simplified. You don’t need to be “good” at meditation. You don’t need a “perfect” schedule. You don’t need to even “know” what you’re doing. You just need a place to begin.

The Imprint: Summer includes:

  • 5 days of live practice on Zoom, June 8 to 12, 2026
  • 06h00 live each morning and on-demand recordings available through June 14
  • The Gemini new moon live practice June 11, and the recording until June 14
  • the option to add 3 months of recordings and membership access for +$75, so you can keep going through the season with all my practices

The online world is so well suited to summer! You can get your practice in early, while the morning is still brisk, before the day fills up with plans and people and heat. Or, you can come to the recording later, when you need to cool off, settle your system, and come back to yourself. And members can take it along to the cottage or on vacation – wherever and whenever you need some air.

→ Join me for the five-day event, or join me for the full season

Five mornings. One steady place to begin the summer in community.

Let’s connect for this seasonal practice!

Big love,
Sara

Hi, Reader — I spent this past weekend immersed in Kundalini at Morpho Bleu with a group of women who showed up with so much openness and presence. I feel a mix of good-tired, vitally awake and happy! I am deeply honoured to teach this material. Every time I return to it, I remember how faceted it is – and how, in the end, it is so simple, powerful, and effective. This week’s Lunar Magic happens once in a blue moon! After our Scorpio Full Moon earlier this month, this Sag moon is that rare...

Hi, Reader — Last weekend’s Mother’s Day practice with Kimiko was so beautiful: a room full of amazing women, and holding space for the mothers within us and around us. Through the lens of Kundalini yoga, Mother’s Day can open into something wider than one role or one relationship. It becomes an honouring of the mothering current itself – the part of us that nourishes, protects, creates, listens, steadies, and holds life as it changes. Some of us mother children. Some of us mother through...

Hi, Reader — Early May, and the city is literally in bloom! I love it, and not just because it’s also my name!! 🌸🌸 I love seeing the cherry blossom trees in NDG – they are so iconic for this time of year. And Mother’s Day is coming up this weekend, too. I have to admit, I’m a bit funny about Mother’s Day. I LOVE all the holidays. Going wild with decorations is my jam, the fun and whimsy of it all just lights me up. And with Mother’s Day, there is also something about the Hallmark aspect that...
