We begin tomorrow with new winter meditations ❄️

Hi, Reader —

Happy Sunday —

This is a simple, honest note to say: The Imprint begins tomorrow, and this is the moment to decide whether you’re joining us – or not.

Either one is allowed. The window is closing, though.

This time of year is full – end-of-year energy, holiday plans, gatherings, shopping, and that familiar sense of trying to wrap things up before we can finally rest. It’s often when we need support the most, and also when it’s easiest to tell ourselves not now.

Every season, I hear versions of this:

“Sara, I’d love to… but.”

And I get it! Life is full. Schedules are tight. Energy can be low – especially in the middle of a busy holiday season. Still, I’ve learned (and relearned) that there’s often a difference between something not being possible, and something asking us to move gently through a bit of resistance.

So here are a few reminders, if you’re on the fence.

If you’re thinking:“I don’t have the time.”

The Imprint is five days, 22 minutes a day. It’s a small bite, intentionally. You can join live or practice with the recordings, which are sent each morning and available all season long. This doesn’t require perfection, you don’t have to join every day – just a willingness to pause when you can.

If you’re thinking:“I’m not great at sticking with these things.”

Good news: there’s nothing to “complete.” You don’t fail The Imprint. You practice when it serves you, and you return when you remember. That’s the practice.

If you’re thinking:“This feels like one more thing.”

My hope is that it becomes the opposite – a steady place to land during a full week, and something you can return to throughout the winter when the pace stays high and the days feel shorter.

The Imprint is meditation, simplified: a five-day guided practice where I lead you through 22 minutes each day. We begin tomorrow, and you’ll have access to the recordings well beyond the week itself, through this winter.

If your self-care has been sliding down the list lately – especially during this end-of-year stretch – this is a moment to choose differently. Not dramatically. Just intentionally.

We begin tomorrow.

You’re so welcome to join us.

With love,
Sara

PS: You don’t have to join live to benefit. Recordings are sent each morning and available all winter, so you can practice on your own time — even during a busy holiday week. And, if you’ve practiced with me before, you already know how grounding this work can be! Coming along?

Hi, Reader — More than a week since I’ve returned from Costa Rica, and I’m still in that in-between space. My body is home, but something inside is still on the beach. Time in a sacred container, with beautiful people, long conversations, and space away from routine loosens everything. I’m not sure I came back with clear answers; I definitely feel that something has shifted. January carries a similar quality. The year has begun, and it’s still early. We’re not meant to see very far yet. This...

Hi, Reader — I’m writing to you from Costa Rica, where I’m currently holding The Portal Retreat with Astro Auntie. We’re across the world from home, but our phones already know the wifi password. Even from here, routine is important – my days are shaped by practice and presence. And I still make time for making Lunar Magic. The rhythm of nature stays with me wherever I am. This week brings us the first new moon Lunar Magic of 2026. While we began the year together on January 1 with a full...

Hi, Reader — You’ve heard me mention that 2026 is a Year of 10. Here’s what I mean by that, and why I find it useful – and kind of fun! – to examine the year this way, as we stand at its doorway, and as my annual “Year of” workshop happens tomorrow evening! This concept comes from numerology, a symbolic way of working with time that treats years as part of a repeating cycle or spiral, rather than a straight line. (Need more scroll holeshere? Kabbalah, kundalini, and astrology all have...
