We've begun! And you can still join me 🍂

Hi, Reader —

Two things for you today! There's still time to join me for Rest & Digest, and further down, a little reminder about our New Moon in Scorpio gathering this Thursday.

We’ve officially begun Rest & Digest, and there’s still time to hop in and join me for our five days together! We had our first Kundalini practice this morning, and if you’ve been thinking about joining us, don’t worry about missing the start. The recording will be waiting for you in the membership hub.

And if you haven’t prepared your kitchari yet, that’s okay, too! You can pick up a few ingredients on your way home and make a pot tonight, or simply enjoy the yoga practices this week and begin your five days of kitchari whenever it suits you.

Want to see how quickly it can all come together? I’ve shared a little video on my Instagram showing you how I prepare mine!

There are many doors into this practice. Choose your own adventure!

In Ayurveda, autumn is traditionally considered a wonderful time to simplify our routines and bring more warmth and regularity into our days. Especially as we transition from those beautiful sunny days we’ve been enjoying here in Montréal into the colder, darker weeks ahead. And with the time change this weekend, we’re certainly feeling that shift!

I never encourage anything too strict with this practice. The food suggestions are flexible, the yoga is available live or on replay, and I encourage everyone to make the experience their own.

And remember, Rest & Digest is yours to keep. You’ll have ongoing access to the program in my membership hub, with downloadable recordings and resources, so you can return to the practices or begin again whenever you like.

If you’ve been curious, I’d love to have you join me!

And if you have any questions or hesitations, just hit reply. Let’s talk about it!

…And coming up this Thursday:

New Moon in Scorpio 🌘 November 5 at 18h30

This next New Moon resets herself in the sky on November 9, and as usual, we're gathering a little ahead of time on Thursday evening so we can take our time to enjoy the practice.

New Moon gatherings always offer meditation, breath. reflection and journaling. And as we settle into the autumn rhythm, this feels like a particularly good moment to turn inward and consider what we'd like to nurture in the weeks ahead.

Join me live at 18h30 EST, or catch the replay whenever it works for you.

I hope to see you at whatever upcoming event calls to you most!

Lots of love,
Sara

Hey there, Reader — A sunny start to October here in Montreal! Did September feel like a blur to you? It sure did for me, and I can also feel myself settling into autumn. Libra season began a few weeks ago, and its New Moon arrives at just the right time for us to take a beat after such a busy month, set intentions and look inward a little deeper. If you were at the Equinox classes at Morpho Bleu, you heard Astro Auntie, Sarah L'hrar, say that Libra marks the shift in the astrological...

Hi, Reader — Happy equinox! 🍂 I hope some of you were able to join us at Morpho Bleu for our fall market and classes. What a beautiful, full few days. These transitional moments are always packed with energy, and it felt like such a good way to channel some of it together. Fall always brings a little reflection and nostalgia with it, after the presence and spontaneity of summer. And here we are at the start of the season, with a bite in the morning air and the leaves just beginning to turn....

Hi, Reader — Here we are: The Imprint begins tomorrow! Already? September has a way of zipping by! With this week’s New Moon, we’ve been talking about the effects of Virgo season – it’s about getting back to practical business. And yes, that means it’s time for The Imprint. We’re heading toward the seasonal turn, here we go! For five mornings this coming week, from September 14 to 18, we’re gathering for The Imprint: Fall, and our practice is centred around ancestral karma: the patterns,...
