I just spent last weekend at Lac Brome, and what a beautiful reminder that we’re nearing the height of the season — when the days stretch long and everything feels more alive. I’ve carried that feeling home with me, and it’s stirring my excitement for what’s to come.

I’ve also been deep in preparation for The Imprint: Summer, a 5-day morning practice to help you meet this moment — not with overwhelm, but with clarity and calm.

This time of year is bright, bold, and full of potential. As we approach the solstice — the turning point where light reaches its peak — we’re invited to pause and ask: what are we choosing to energize? Where are we ready to shine?

✨ Each day includes 20–25 minutes of breathwork and meditation
✨ Designed to regulate your fire (not fan the flames!) so you feel steady and clear

If you’re feeling scattered or over-scheduled already, this practice is a chance to return to your center — before the full swirl of summer carries you off.
